aGnomealies' Gnome Ghome Product Care Tips...
Because every aGnomealie deserves a little TLC.
Whether they’re lounging on your windowsill or guarding the garden, our one-of-a-kind gnomes appreciate a bit of gentle care to keep them looking their whimsical best!
🏡 Indoor Gnomes and GnomeCessories
Dust Regularly: Use a soft cloth or small brush to gently remove dust from your gnome’s beard, hat, and accessories.
Keep Dry: Avoid placing indoor gnomes in damp areas. They prefer cozy, dry corners!
Avoid Direct Sunlight: Bright sun can fade colors over time, so let them rest in shaded or indirect-light areas.
🌿 Outdoor Gnomes
Seal & Protect: If your gnome is going outside, a light coat of clear weatherproof sealant (like acrylic spray) can help it withstand the elements IF the information you receive from us doesn't state they have already been weatherproofed.
Bring Them In: During harsh weather (extreme sun, snow, or heavy rain), we recommend bringing gnomes and gnomecessories indoors for a little vacation.
Spot Clean: Wipe with a damp cloth if they get muddy. Avoid abrasive cleaners — gnome skin is delicate!
🧺 Fabric, Knitted, or Soft Gnomes
Handle With Care: Avoid rough handling or tugging on embellishments.
Spot Clean Only: Dab gently with a damp cloth. Never submerge or machine wash unless otherwise labeled.
Keep Away from Pets: Gnomes are not chew toys (even if your dog thinks otherwise)!
Keep Away from Small Children: Gnomes and GnomeCessories are not intended to be used as 'toys'. Small buttons, embellishments or other decorations can come loose and may be dangerous in the hands of smaller child.
đź’ˇ Pro Tip
Want to freshen up your gnome’s scent? A drop of essential oil (on the base or hat, not the face) adds a nice touch of personality.

Vinyl Decal Application Instructions
Applying a vinyl decal can be a fun and rewarding project. Here’s a step-by-step guide to make the process smooth:
Step 1: Gather Your Supplies
Vinyl decal
Clean cloth or paper towel
Rubbing alcohol or mild soapy water
Squeegee or a credit card
Masking tape
Scissors (if needed)
Step 2: Prepare the Surface
Clean the surface where you’ll apply the decal thoroughly using rubbing alcohol or soapy water. This removes dirt, grease, or dust that could prevent the decal from sticking properly.
Dry the area completely with a clean cloth or allow it to air dry.
Step 3: Position the Decal
Peel the backing paper off the decal slightly, just enough to expose the adhesive on one edge.
Position the decal where you want it to go, using masking tape to hold it in place temporarily if necessary.
Step 4: Secure and Apply
Once you’re satisfied with the placement, use masking tape to create a hinge on one side of the decal to hold it steady.
Slowly peel off the rest of the backing paper, exposing the adhesive bit by bit.
As you peel, use a squeegee or the edge of a credit card to press the decal onto the surface, starting from one side and moving to the other. Work out any air bubbles as you go.
Step 5: Final Touches
Once the decal is fully applied, gently remove the transfer tape (the clear or opaque top layer) by peeling it back slowly at a sharp angle.
If you notice any bubbles, use a pin to poke a tiny hole in the bubble and smooth it out with the squeegee.
Step back and admire your handiwork!
Applying a heat transfer iron-on decal can be a fun and rewarding project. Here’s a step-by-step guide to make the process smooth:
Step 1: Gather Your Supplies
Gnome Decal
Fabric or Surface (e.g., t-shirt, tote bag, pillowcase)
Iron or Heat Press
Scissors or Cutting Tool
Protective Layer (e.g., towel or the included parchment paper)
Step 2: How to Apply the Decal
Preheat your iron or heat press to the temperature indicated for the fabric being used.
Place your fabric on a flat, heat-resistant surface.
Position the decal on the fabric with the design facing up.
Cover the decal with a towel or parchment paper to protect it during transfer.
Press firmly with the iron for 20-30 seconds, moving in slow, circular motions.
Let the fabric cool, then carefully peel off the protective layer.
